Hello there!! I’m glad you’ve decided to stop by. Let me show you around or rather tell you a bit about this site. In short, myTradeDomain.com is all about helping you build an online presence, be it a website, a blog or a full fledged hosted business. A quick word on how I’ve structured the content on myTradeDomain.com I have 4 main categories or sections.

Why these sections? Good question! Blame it on the constant management drivel I hear day in and day out. I’ve modeled myTradeDomain.com into these 4 main sections based on the magic quadrant made famous by Gartner, only I’m using hosting and domain expertise to define a quadrant.
Starting out
As the name suggests, this section is geared towards the user that is just starting out. You are looking to understand as much as possible before taking the leap. This section will contain articles that will help you familiarize yourself with the hosting world, articles that track various tools, articles that will help you learn about domain names, hosting amongst others.
Getting your feet wet
Am I at the right host? How do I get the best value for my money? Where can I get my logo and site designed? Do I use php or java? How do I accept money on my site? Make sense of Merchant accounts, payment gateways and more.
Optimize and Monetize
How do I improve my website earnings? How do I increase my site traffic? Can i make money doing this? How do I improve my site design? Is my site optimized? How do I leverage social sites?
Webmaster
Load balancing, Track my Site metrics, Buy and Sell hosts and websites. Where do I buy my servers from? Which datacenter is right for me? How do I leverage existing webservices?
